Tasting Notes
Hearty, shiny ruby with a garnet core. Lots of savouriness on the nose with clear peppery notes, clove and red fruit of dried blackberry, a hint of wet stone and coal. Spreads out wirily, shows full drive and tightly woven tannins, compact at the core, remains somewhat harsh.
