This has a fully mature nose, with a buttery aroma, along with stewed apple, and herbal notes. It is creamy on the palate, and mild with a nice roundess, a restrained acidity, well-integrated alcohol, beautiful fruit sweetness, a mellowness, and a distinctly plump cut. It has aged with charm and grace.
