An unusual aroma: Burgundy-like wood, spontaneous fermentation, mint and caraway. On the palate the wine has a lot of substance, a gripping, mineral-tinged density and tension, which comes more from the minerality than from the acidity. The granite dominates the variety - an exciting concept.
