Fruity flavour: mirabelle plum, orange confit. But also slightly smoky in undertones. The palate opens with a hint of sweetness and continues with intense salinity. The acidity is vivid, but also delicate. Delicate phenolics provide additional texture. It all still seems very young, but will work together to form the finest silk.
