The white wine »Muschelkalk« Riesling trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Bernard Pawis has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Saale-Unstrut in Germany.
Powerful, intense aroma with ripe Mirabelle plum, peach and apricot, also some mint and rock sugar. Full-bodied on the palate with ripe acidity that blends well with the fine residual sweetness, the lime minerality adds flavour and texture. A sophisticated notion into the Riesling segment.
