The white wine »Muschelkalk« Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Bernard Pawis has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points.
Sweet berries on the nose, wild strawberry, blueberry and also some honey sweetness. The palate starts soft, develops a medium body, a layer of phenolics and chalky perceptions give structure and grip, the ripe acidity is well integrated. A fresh, balanced varietal wine.
