Tasting Notes
Dark berries, blueberries and elderberries come through after an initially closed nose, also a balsamic-herbal savouriness. Very broad on the palate, fine-grained tannins in a relatively high amount but almost imperceptible due to the texture of the body. Mild acidity, where the phenolics hold the structure. Full, long, promising.
More about the tastingDelicate burgundy scent, some wood, heart cherry, wild blueberry, "wild" and floral notes, undergrowth. Creamy attack, then the crumbly tannins slowly build up pressure, broad, effortlessly filled with extract - complete and promising.
