Tasting Notes
Light gold. Restrained nose, somewhat ethereal, firn candy, delicate spicy-herbal notes, peach confit. Juicy tropical fruit on the palate, balanced with rather discreet acidity, elegant and full-bodied, fine lemony nuances, very convincing fruit that makes it stylistically resemble a great Auslese of today, good length, still has a lot of potential.
