Tasting Notes
Light yellow, subtle golden reflections. Fresh lemongrass, conveys an extraordinary freshness, mineral notes. Extremely young, carried by a marvellous structure, fine residual sugar, very well integrated, harmonious, a great food wine with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingA year with a rare combination of ripe grape fruit and enormous acidity, both of which are reflected in the wine. For a long time - until five years ago - this wine was almost inaccessible, but now shows a finesse-rich play, characterized by enormous youthfulness and freshness, and will thus continue to give pleasure for a long time to come: Pale greenish yellow, intense mineral notes, delicate hints of oranges and floral nuances. Lively on the palate, has the complexity of a great vintage, juicy notes of stone fruit, very good length, good ageing potential.
