Tasting Notes
Very light green. Fresh meadow herbs on the nose, strong smoky mineral nuances, some blood orange, hay flowers. Full-bodied on the palate, full of sweet tropical fruit, the sugar residue is buffered by a vital acid structure, green citrus notes on the finish, only medium length at the moment. Still very closed now, will show its full class in a few years.
