The white wine »Scharzhof« Riesling Qualitätswein, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Egon Müller-Scharzhof has been rated in 2017 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Lemon peel, lemon balm, clear and archetypal saar and riesling spice. The taut acidity shines on the palate, yet the wine has balance, the sweetness rounds off without disturbing the impression of juiciness and freshness, the finish is salty and slate-mineral. Only 9.5% alcohol, but very dynamic and polished.
