The natural wine »NApurTUR«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Höfflin has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
In the glass there is a colour like quince jelly. On the nose, cut grass, grated apple and some graphite. Cool acidity on the palate, fine tart texture, grapefruit astringency, lots of fullness, little fruit, highly exciting, very individual and deliciously refreshing.
