The white wine »H.A.D.E.S.« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Jürgen Ellwanger has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
It has a medium golden yellow colour with a copper tinge. There is an aroma of smoke, with an oaky savouriness, dried pear slices and also fresh pear, some chamomile, a hint of incense, and maple cordial. There is a soft and substantial attack on the palate, with very lovely phenolics, and an almost discreet power. A delicate wine.
