The white wine »Premiumwein« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Juliusspital has been rated in 2017 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Franconia in Germany.
It does not obey the dictates of the primary fruit, but it is clearly recognizable. Big wood gives it backbone, contour and upright size, which is complemented by vibrant acidity and length. A Sauvignon of stature, not for the quick fix.
