Aroma of blossom honey, candied peach, dried apricot, liquorice, fine savouriness. On the palate it shows with well-tempered acidity and concentrated substance, densely woven, peach nectar, sweet mint, quince jelly, very grippy and long, half Sauternes, half Auslese in style.
