The blanc de noirs Blanc de Noir Spätburgunder feinherb, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Lamm-Jung has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Wild strawberries, raspberries and also rose hips in the very red berry nose, red cherries, floral, some wet leaves. With a slim build, juicy and full-bodied on the palate, heavily characterised by a fruity sweetness accompanied by a balanced acidity.
