The white wine »Hôpital« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Leiling has been rated in 2017 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Initially spicy with almondy-reductive notes on the nose, needs plenty of air. On the palate, the wine shows class: with silky phenolics, round without too much sweetness, ripe acidity, it has good volume and yet also liveliness. Decanter mandatory!
