Tasting Notes
Soft and balsamic in the glass. Medium garnet, fragrant, delicate bouquet. Sour cherry, dried herbs, rosehip, meat juice, juniper and dark earth. Fine-grained, silky tannins, precise acidity, excellent length.
More about the tastingSpicy scent, bay leaf, blood, almond, juniper. Very softly drawn wine, then powerful mellow tannins, well integrated ripe acidity. Appears very closed in structure, more spice than fruit. Will need a lot of time.
More about the tastingAromas of raspberry, red cherry and violet, plus smoke and clove. Powerfully built Pinot Noir that radiates elegance with soft tannins and a fine acid structure, good extract and harmonious balance, has depth and consistency.
