Tasting Notes
It has a medium beige colour in the glass. It is still characterized by yeast, but the ripe fruit is already shining through. There are aromas of melon, quince, Williams Pear, and beautiful nutty accents. It has a mellow character on a medium-bodied palate, and there is good acidity, and a creamy finish with a slight residual sweetness.
