Tasting Notes
Complex and appealing aroma, ripe pear, melon, fresh bay leaf, smoke and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is marked by oak ageing, good volume and compact structure, lots of spiciness, ending with honey notes. It is a rather classic representative of the genre with good potential for development.
More about the tastingHoney and vanilla on the nose, some smoke and white flowers, pear and ripe apple. Creamy and expansive on the palate, pear again. Ripe acidity, medium weight. A creamy Chardonnay that goes very well with veal with sauce.
