Tasting Notes
On the nose, yeasty tones complement the fruit of Boskop and grated apple. On the palate, the wine shows fine chalky-mineral notes, smoky-peppery, savoury. The acidity provides freshness and the cultivated mousse gives it momentum. The dosage is more in the mild "brut" range, but this hardly detracts from the pronounced terroir character of the flint wine.
