The white wine »Saisonale Weinlese« Rivaner Sauvignon Blanc, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Oliver Zeter has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Rivaner, Sauvignon Blanc
Elderflower, nutmeg and mint. An expressive but not intrusive aroma, clear. On the palate, the wine has Müller-Thrugau lightness and Sauvignon acidity, the palate impression is light, but not weak, the palate flavours even have very good intensity and length, a pinch of fermentation CO2 gives the fine-nerved, not too sweet wine additional pep and freshness. A refined cuvée.
