Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green reflections. Some oak, peanut, chestnut. On the palate, the wine begins smoothly, almost viscous, with Ruländer smoothness and slight sweetness, then a lively acidity takes hold. The wine has a lot of extract and a kind of Auslese sweetness in the dry taste, but the finish remains delicate and elegant. Still needs time.
