Tasting Notes
Salmon pink. Almost like a Pinot noir on the nose: red currant, almond, iodine and chalky-spicy notes. Dense on the palate, almost chewy, a ripe acidity, powerful, with a viscous layer in the background, but above all with a dry extract, and with a robust, compact structure fit for ageing.
