Pale orange in colour. The aroma of grated apple skin, red currant and Reine Claude plum is reminiscent of a finely matured Burgundy. On the palate, the wine is juicy and mellow, with a fine ripe spiciness, a silky and fresh mousse, and rather mild acidity. A complete and nuanced rosé sparkling wine.
