More about the tastingSalmon-coloured copper shimmer in the glass. The nose is surrounded by dune rose, red pepper and cassis. Light red fruits and white almonds dominate the palate. Gentle acidity carries the wine through a light, structure-giving phenolics. Accompanies grilled salmon on carrot puree.
