Copper colour. Ripe rose hips, rooibos tea and some mushroom on the nose. With aeration then complemented by roasted hazelnut and vanilla. The mouthfeel is full, lush and soft with restrained acidity. Regarding food pairing, the wine will match grilled lettuce hearts with matcha salt, for example.
