The white wine »Réserve« Sauvigon Blanc trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Weedenborn has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Apricot crumble on the nose at first, then gooseberry and green asparagus with a little air. Intense, finely chiseled palate with firm acidity and caramel. Never kitschy and marked by stone minerality. The noticeable use of wood does not dominate the flint.
