Tasting Notes
On the nose there are aromas of popcorn and corn ripe for harvesting, as well as pear and apricot, some lovely smokiness, and a little thyme. The substance on the palate is balanced by stable acidity, and it is juicy, and somewhat salty, with minerality, and it has the structure and density of a Réserve. It has good ageing potential.
