Aromas of fine wood savouriness, peppery notes and restrained fruit. Lots of suppleness on the palate, but also ripe acidity, majestic but not broad, with natural freshness and tension. A finely chiselled wine, stylishly framed by the wood, which will need another two or three years to fully develop.
