The natural wine »Pur« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Zähringer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
An elegantly pale garnet red colour in the glass. Graphite and saffron on the nose, the fruit is still struggling. On the palate, almost sweet and sour, berry, also dill and bread crust, some iron. The good acidity structure cushions and buffers the wine.
