Intense dark berry fruit is complemented by yeasty and chocolatey (woody) aromas. On the palate the wine is full and dense, with a firm, slightly drying tannin on the creamy base, the acidity is restrained and mild and only becomes somewhat stronger on the finish, accompanied by a tactile mineral component.
