The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2020 from the winery Zenato has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Oseleta, Croatina from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep black ruby red colour. Very fragrant, inviting nose of elderberry, cassis, dried violet and dark chocolate, fine wood. Hearty on the palate, with exciting fruit and tightly woven tannins, plus beautiful ripeness and great length with savoury aromas.
