A pure, initial note of raspberry immediately sets the tone on the nose. This is followed by smokiness which carries right over to the palate. The body is light and translucent but comes with an edge of plum skin tannins, an edge of bitter almond and that lasting notion of raspberry. The finish is bold and bright.
