Deep ruby colour, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Fine spicy nuances of American oak, delicate hints of dill and vanilla, fine balsamic spice, dark berries underneath. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherries, integrated tannins, mineral on the finish, slightly salty aftertaste, a versatile food wine with ageing potential.
