The red wine Edicion Limitada Rioja DOCa, vintage 2006 from the winery Bodegas Lan has been rated in 2011 by Peter Moser with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Tempranillo from the region La Rioja in Spain.
Deep garnet ruby. Extreme cassis aromas with ivy, black berries. Very juicy and lush, very concentrated and fruit-intensive, seems quite pimped up and nicely done, blueberry sauce. Juicy palate, fresh, soft tannin, lots of wood, a Rioja with Bordeaux typicity.
