Tasting from 09.02.2018: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, with opaque core, purple reflections, and a slightly water rim. Ripe plum, blackberry confit, with a nice fine oak spiciness, and hints of nougat and vanilla. Juicy, elegant texture, ripe cherry fruit, well-integrated tannins, freshly structured, with some minerality and length, and discreet white pepper on the finish. It is in a modern style, already gluggable, and has certain further ageing potential.
