Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Typical, elegant aroma with notes of cherries, sloes, some tobacco and vanilla as well as roasted nuances. Medium-bodied on the palate with a harmonious overall impression, notes of dark berries and roasted aromas. Finishes long and with a certain elegance. Beautiful barrel savouriness on the finish.
