Tasting from 08.08.2021: Anne Krebiehl MW

Fresh Amalfi lemon zest and more generous notes of lemon pastry, leaning towards mirabelle plum with more air. The palate then reveals a superfine, elegant mousse with more soft lemon and mirabelle notes, along with a lovely backbone of slightly bitter lemon zest. The wine is lean but supple, taut but ready to offer more of those slightly salty but exquisite lemon notes. Still a closed wine, but very elegant and subtle. Wonderful.
