Tasting Notes
Initial reduction dissipates to reveal hints of dried corn husk and creaminess. The palate then comes in with wonderful tauntness and freshness that makes most of Chardonnay’s inherent texture. Yes, there is creaminess but not an ounce of fat. Those lovely notions of cornmeal and corn husk are joined by lemon zestiness on the finish. A.K.
