Tasting from 14.02.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Rich, dark ruby with light purple shimmer. Intense and clear bouquet of juicy sweet cherry and plum, in addition clove and some Szechuan pepper. A lot of juicy fruit on the palate, unfolds in a very polished way with soft, well integrated tannin, flows calmly and is finely textured on the finish.
