Tasting from 21.03.2019: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A floral aroma, almost traminer spice-like, and with some new oak character. It has a closed palate, with vivid phenolic flavours, full of rip fruit, seamlessly integrated acidity. It is a round wine but not lacking in structure, which will probably develop to give a depth of minerality.
