Tasting vom 26.11.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

In der Nase Noten von frisch gebrühtem Kaffee, dunkel gebackenem Brot und Dreifruchtkonfitüre, Cassis und einem Hauch schwarzem Pfeffer. Am Gaumen weich, reifes feinkörniges Tannin, saftige Säure, schöne klare Kirschfrucht, langer, mineralisch anmutender Abgang.
