Tasting vom 27.08.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Leuchtendes Dunkelrubin. Sehr würzige Nase an der Grenze zum animalischen, Pfeffer, getrocknetes Rosenblatt, dann Amarenakirsche, im Nachhall nach eingelegten Pflaumen. Am Gaumen dann von schöner Saftigkeit und Frische gezeichnet, öffnet sich mit zartem Druck, zeigt Charakter, leicht salzig, stimmiger Gaumenverlauf.
