Tasting vom 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Kräftiger Alkohol ist zunächst präsent, dann kommen fruchtige und fast subtil torfige Gerüche hervor. Am Gaumen entwickeln sich schöne Heidekrautnoten, Schokolade und harzige Würze. Pontenter Abgang, der rauchige Süße ins lange Finish bringt.
