Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Strong alcohol is apparent at first, then fruity and almost subtly peaty scents emerge. Beautiful heather notes, a chocolate and resinous savouriness develop on the palate. A smoky sweetness to the long, potent finish.
