From April 17 to May 10 2026, Munich once again celebrates the Munich Spring Festival on the Theresienwiese, often called the "little sister of Oktoberfest". More than 100 showmen provide entertainment with rides, games, shooting booths and candy stands. This year, visitors can also enjoy traditional Bavarian dishes such as Bauernhendl, Spanferkelhaxerln, Obatzda and Wagxu beef, accompanied by a wide selection of beverages including top-rated wines, spirits and champagne recommended by Falstaff.

On Monday, April 27, starting at 5 pm, the historic "Hippodrom Festzelt", hosted by Tina and Sepp Krätz, will welcome guests to the Falstaff meeting of restaurateurs, winemakers and distillers. Members of the Falstaff Circle and Gourmet Club will have the opportunity to taste wines and spirits from participating producers, exchange ideas and celebrate together. Among the attendees will be renowned producers such as F.X. Pichler, Bernhard Ott, Albert Gesellmann and Hans Reisetbauer.

Participation requires purchasing a Hippodrom food voucher worth €90 per person. Circle and Gourmet Club members who make a reservation will receive either a glass of Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut (0.1 l) or a Williams quality brandy from Reisetbauer (4 cl) in a decorative bottle as a welcome gift.
