The best of Italy: The festive award ceremony of the Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2025 on 26 November 2024 in Munich presents and honors the most outstanding wines of Italy as well as the winners of three special awards.

From the elegant white wines of South Tyrol to the powerful Brunello from Tuscany and the majestic Barolo from Piedmont: Italy inspires the world with its unique variety of wines. On November 26, 2024, Falstaff Germany invites you to the exclusive presentation of the Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2025 at the Eataly in the Schrannenhalle in Munich. The event, hosted by the Falstaff editors-in-chief for Italy, Othmar Kiem and Simon Staffler, offers a unique opportunity to experience Italy's best winemakers and their top wines.
Italy's best wines under one roof
We look forward to welcoming you from 17:30 onwards; the main event starts at 18:00 with a presentation ceremony of Falstaff's 2025 Wine Guide for Italy.. The best of the best will be invited on stage and awarded in the categories Red Wines, White Wines, Rosé Wines, Sparkling Wines and Sweet Wines. There are also three special prizes to be awarded. The award-winning winegrowers, who have all achieved at least 98 Falstaff points, will present their wines at five bar stations. A varied and exciting wine experience awaits you in the heart of the Bavarian capital.
Tasting of exquisite wines
After the award ceremony at 7:30 pm, the award-winning and nominated wines will be available for tasting. Trade and private visitors will have the rare opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of taste of top Italian wines and get to know their diversity and quality in all its breadth. A selection of delicious finger food from Eataly will provide the perfect culinary accompaniment.
