After their wedding in Sicily, the newly-weds set off on a road trip across the island. But which hotels do you think the famous lovebirds chose for their honeymoon? In their choices, the two seem to draw inspiration from the world of film.
After tying the knot on June 6, 2026, singer Dua Lipa and actor Callum Turner will spend their honeymoon in Sicily. The couple seems to have a preference for hotels with a cinematic history. Falstaff TRAVEL presents the exclusive hideaways where the couple are enjoying their honeymoon.
After their wedding at Villa Valguarnera in Bagheria, Sicily, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are continuing their travels in Italy with a road trip. For their romantic getaway, the couple had initially chosen the luxurious “Four Seasons Hotel San Domenico Palace” in Taormina. The five-star hotel gained international recognition as the filming location for the second season of the hit HBO series “The White Lotus.”

Perched high above the Ionian Sea, the “San Domenico Palace” is housed in a former monastery and combines historic architecture with understated modern luxury. Gardens, terraces, and an infinity pool overlooking Mount Etna define the character of the hotel. At the hotel's restaurant, "Principe Cerami", which has held a Michelin star since 2022, Executive Chef Massimo Mantarro transforms regional ingredients into contemporary dishes.
Taormina's cathedral, boutiques, restaurants, and attractions are just a short walk away. Dua Lipa and Callum Turner seem to have thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities.
Palazzo by Francis Ford Coppola
Another stop on the honeymoon is the “Palazzo Margherita” in Bernalda. In his grandfather's hometown, legendary director Francis Ford Coppola has transformed a 19th-century palazzo into a small boutique hotel with just nine individually designed suites. Behind the historic façade, hand-painted ceiling frescoes and Italian elegance blend with a very personal family history and a relaxed “dolce vita.”
The newly-weds posted photos of themselves enjoying relaxed moments in the garden with a pool, at the Cinecittà Bar, and in Bernalda's piazza. The two of them also had a great time on the beach along the Ionian Sea, just a few minutes' drive from the hotel.
