Campari Orange & "Red Tea" Variation

This cocktail recipe takes you from orange to crimson – Campari Orange and its flavourful cousin, Campari Orange "Red Tea".

For the original Campari Orange

Ingredients
1 part Campari
2 slices orange
3 part orange juice
ice cubes
  • Put the ice cubes in a highball glass.
  • Top up with Campari and orange juice and stir carefully.
  • Garnish with an orange wheel.

For the Campari Orange "Red Tea"

Ingredients
50 ml Campari
100 ml strong jasmine tea (cold)
100 ml red grape juice
1 orange twist
1 twigs lemon thyme
10 ml raspberry vinegar
  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, place the orange twists on the rim of the glass.
  • Drape the lemon thyme in the glass.
  • Add Campari, jasmine tea and grape juice and stir gently.
  • Top with raspberry vinegar and serve with a straw.
